Of This 12-Week Program

Step Two focues on building resilience and continued wellbeing after treatment by building on the healthy habits and goals established in Step One. Key topics include gradually increasing physical activity through strength and flexibility training, maintaining a healthy weight, supporting bone health, and managing menopausal and intimate changes following treatment.

You will shift toward a more independent, weekly learning approach while continuing to strengthen routines that support long-term health and quality of life.
